Fonality, Vonage and managing inbound call volume

Dean Schwartz found a phone solutions he likes that I want to pass on to the rest of you.

It does not replace your phone system, it can work with your existing copper or IP based phone system giving it about 50 more features, some of which are critical to running a small call center.

I like it because it seems to have a huge amount of features that allow me to queue the inbound calls and allow us to route calls according to skills. I can record calls. I can monitor all the calls in the call center.

Dean likes it because the call quality from Vonage stinks.
